Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any damaged, missing, or wrong product claims

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


Important Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a smooth claims and refund process:

  • Customers must record a complete unboxing video from the moment the package is opened

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The shipping label

    • Package condition

    • Product condition

    • Any damage or missing items

Claims regarding:

  • Damaged products

  • Missing items

  • Wrong products

will only be accepted if a proper unboxing video is provided.

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process refunds or replacements.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personal care items (if opened or used)


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

  • COD orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos

  • Mandatory unboxing video proof

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrectly delivered

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.


Shipping Returns

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Wrong product shipped
  • Damaged item
  • Manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.


Fraud Prevention

To protect our business from fraudulent claims:

  • We may request photo/video proof before approving refunds or replacements

  • Refunds may be denied in cases of suspicious activity or policy abuse

  • Claims without proper unboxing video evidence may not be accepted
